Farmer & Butcher Workshop: Pig Butchering Demo

John Agostinho, Head Farmer at Fat Apple Farm, and Paul Servideo, Butcher Extraordinaire are coming to Fulton Stall Market to share more about the process of raising and breaking down pasture raised pork on Wednesday, July 17th 6:30pm-8:00pm. Discover more about where cuts come from, why what pigs eat is important, and all the ways you can enjoy this special meat. Get ready to be amazed at what you will learn and the inspiration you take away to your own kitchens. Samples will be provided for tasting and product available to purchase. Limit to 20 guests.
